As part of Fathom Re’s inaugural team, Jarad brings more than 14 years of reinsurance experience, combining deep expertise in catastrophe modeling and analytics with a proven track record in structuring and placing solutions for regional and nationwide carriers and managing general agents. His background spans both personal and commercial lines – including property, liability, auto, and workers’ compensation. Before Fathom Re, Jarad was a Senior Broker with Lockton Re and also held roles at Axiom Re, Beach & Associates (through acquisition), Acrisure LLC (through acquisition), Trean Intermediaries LLC, and BMS Re (through acquisition).

Jarad graduated from Marist College with a degree in information technology and systems. He holds the CCRA, AIR modeling, and ARe designations.
