As part of Fathom Re’s inaugural team, Hamilton builds on his early career with BMS Re and his alma mater’s nationally recognized risk management and insurance program. His experience includes broker support across workers’ compensation, property, and casualty business, as well as exposure to retrocessions and insurance-linked securities.

Hamilton holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Appalachian State University.
