Alison joined Fathom Re in February 2026, returning to the reinsurance industry after several years in data analytics within the captive finance sector. She brings over a decade of prior reinsurance and insurance experience, having held roles at BMS Re (through acquisition), Advocate Reinsurance Partners LLC, and U.S. Risk Insurance Group.

Her experience includes reinsurance operations and placement coordination across casualty and property catastrophe business. Through these roles, she developed a strong understanding of servicing workflows, transaction execution, and internal coordination. Alison’s combined experience in analytics and reinsurance operations strengthens Fathom Re’s ability to support clients with structured processes and data-informed insight.

Alison earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
