As part of Fathom Re’s inaugural team, Marcus brings more than a decade of reinsurance industry experience with a focus on client servicing, accounting, claims, and operations. He is dedicated to aligning client needs with operational excellence by streamlining workflows, managing complex claims, and enhancing service delivery across all client interactions. Prior to Fathom Re, Marcus held roles at Advocate Reinsurance Partners LLC, Trean Intermediaries LLC, and BMS Re.

Marcus earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Lee University.
